HOW WE HIRE
The recruitment process will vary depending on the division and position you apply to. It generally consists of an initial call and a follow - up on - site interview, and may include more steps in case of technical or leadership positions.
1 SUBMIT APPLICATION
Search for a matching role and submit your application. If you don’t see a suitable position but you think you’d be a great fit for Tracks, convince us with your speculative application!
2 PHONE OR VIDEO INTERVIEW
You’ll speak with a member of our recruiting team by phone or video call. We’ll be discussing your experience and motivation to work for Tracks and you can ask any questions you might have.
3 ON-SITE INTERVIEW
If you did well in the previous round, we’ll arrange an on-site meeting with a member of your future team and of our leadership board to discuss your background, motivation and fit in more detail.
4 RECEIVE OFFER OR FEEDBACK
Once you have completed the process we’ll get back in touch as soon as we can, either with an offer (hopefully) or feedback on your application.
